Due to the current impact of Coronavirus, Australia post is experiencing high demand across their postage network.

Because of this, they have temporarily suspended express post services.  Whilst Australia post will still prioritise express parcel items, there is not currently a next day delivery guarantee.  We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience, and will update you as changes occur!

At Epidermal Skincare we understand that our customers are eager to try their new products. For this reason we only offer express shipping within Australia!



DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders are sent by Express Delivery. Shipping time is estimated at 1-2 working days depending on your location (regional addresses may have a longer delivery time than metro areas).

Orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday will be sent on the same day. 

If your order is placed after 2pm AEST Friday or over the weekend, your order will be processed the following Monday. 


TRACK YOUR ORDER

Your order will be sent via Express Post Australia. When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.  This will contain a link that allows you to track your order.  In some cases this may redirect to your junk email inbox - so please keep an eye out!




RETURNS 



Epidermal Skincare is committed to providing customers with the highest quality product and service.If you are not completely happy with the item(s) you received, please contact us via email: info@epidermalskincare.com.au for details on how to return your purchase. 

Exchange and/or Refund is at the discretion of Epidermal Skincare and is in accordance with Australian consumer law. We do not offer an Exchange or Refund for change of mind, or on opened products.

We only provide a guarantee of products purchased via this website. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any products purchased through unauthorised stockists or websites. 


FAULTY ITEMS

If the item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your skincare products. 

When returning the item(s), they must be returned to us in their original condition. 

The customer is responsible for postage costs and assume any risks of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. Therefore, we recommend you insure your parcel and store tracking details.

ALLERGIC REACTIONS

Please use all skincare in accordance with the directions labelled on the product. 

In the unlikely event that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, please stop using the item immediately and seek medical advice. Please then contact us via email: info@epidermalskincare.com.au

If our skincare consultant deems that the reaction is caused as a direct result of the purchased product, we will happily exchange the item for another.

All reactions must be notified within 14 days of receipt of goods and no more than 25% used.
